My friend Mary gave me this recipe and I tried it tonight and it is delicious.

Take fresh asparagus and lightly coat in olive oil. Place on baking sheet then sprinkle with coarse salt (I used sea salt). Bake in oven at 350 degrees until tender (about 10 min.). Then sprinkle with Parmesean cheese and put back in oven just until cheese is melted.

I meant to give you a call today but had a show tonight and things got busy. I'll try to call you tomorrow evening. I'm going to sign up to bring something for mops. Just trying to decide what. :)
